Intra Transfer Spain acts as an administrative and commercial intermediation platform between the client and the effective service provider. Services may be provided directly by the owners or by independent self-employed collaborators or companies in the VTC sector.
The transport contract is concluded exclusively between the client and the provider that executes the service, being formalized outside the web environment.
Intra Transfer Spain does not guarantee the permanent availability of collaborators or the execution of the service when circumstances beyond its control occur.
The invoice will be issued directly by the final provider, who will apply the corresponding Spanish tax regime and include VAT when appropriate. When the service is not executed by the owners identified in this document, the client will be previously informed of the identity of the effective service provider.
When the service is performed by an external provider:
Intra Transfer Spain requires each collaborator to have a valid VTC license, mandatory insurance in force and comply with the applicable sectoral regulations.
The relationship between the parties will be governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of conflicts, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Toledo, except for mandatory regulations regarding consumers.
Without prejudice to the non-waivable rights of the consumer according to current regulations. In case of conflict derived from the material execution of the transport, the claim must be directed against the actual service provider.
In accordance with article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to transport services linked to a specific date or period.
