Welcome to Intra Transfer Spain. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy, govern Intra Transfer Spain's relationship with you in relation to this website.

3. Purpose and Scope

These terms and conditions regulate the use of the website and the contracting of private chauffeur transportation services offered by Intra Transfer Spain in Spanish territory.

4. Services Offered

Intra Transfer Spain offers the following private transportation services:

  • Point to Point Transfer: Transportation service from an origin to a specific destination
  • Hourly Booking: Transportation service with driver available by the hour
  • Daily Booking: Transportation service with driver available for full days

5. Booking Process

To make a booking, the user must:

  • Complete the booking form with truthful and complete information
  • Provide correct contact details (email and phone)
  • Specify the type of service, origin, destination, date and time
  • Indicate the number of passengers

The booking will not be effective until express confirmation is received from Intra Transfer Spain via email or phone.

6. Prices and Payments

The prices shown on the website are indicative. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking and will be communicated to the customer before final confirmation of the service.

Price characteristics:

  • Fixed prices with no hidden additional charges
  • When issuing an invoice, VAT will be added according to legislation: 10%

7. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellation or modification by the customer:

  • Free cancellation or modification up to 72 hours before the service
  • Cancellations or modifications with less than 72 hours: a 50% charge will apply
  • No-show without prior notice: 100% of the service will be charged

Cancellation by Intra Transfer Spain:

In case of force majeure or justified causes, Intra Transfer Spain may cancel the service, offering an alternative or full refund of the amount paid.

Waiting times: For contracted services it will be 30 min free except for airport pick-up services which will be 60 min free on the initial contracted pick-up time. Additional waiting will be billed as hour/fraction.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Be present at the pick-up point at the agreed time
  • Provide truthful and complete information
  • Respect the rules of coexistence during the service
  • Not cause damage to the vehicle or the driver
  • Comply with the agreed baggage and passenger number regulations

9. Responsibilities of Intra Transfer Spain

Intra Transfer Spain is committed to:

  • Provide vehicles in optimal safety and cleanliness conditions
  • Professional drivers with license and experience
  • Punctuality in pick-up according to agreed time
  • Guarantee the confidentiality of customer data

10. Luggage and Personal Items

Each vehicle has a limited baggage capacity according to specifications. Intra Transfer Spain is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle after the service ends.

11. Personal Data Protection

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), Intra Transfer Spain informs:

  • Personal data will be processed only for booking management and service provision
  • The customer has the right to access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability of their data
  • Data will not be transferred to third parties without express consent
  • Appropriate technical and organizational security measures will be applied

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of Intra Transfer Spain and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property laws. Its reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

Intra Transfer Spain is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, adverse weather conditions or force majeure
  • Loss of flights, trains or other customer commitments except demonstrable negligence
  • Indirect or consequential damages derived from the use of the service

15. Alternative Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, it is reported that in case of a dispute arising from online contracting of services, the consumer can go to the European Union online dispute resolution platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any controversy, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer or user's domicile, as established in consumer protection regulations.

17. Modifications

Intra Transfer Spain reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The modifications will be effective from their publication on the website. It is recommended to periodically review this page.
